Small animal locum work - Varying from a single handed practice to mobile veterinary clinic.

Mixed though predominantly small animal work - Glenleigh Veterinary Centre (Now Garston House) Working as part of a team of 5 veterinary surgeons, I assisted the small animal partner in this busy centre.

Veterinary Locum Work - Varied locum work at centres throughout the South West of England and South Wales. Practices varied from sole charge to veterinary hospitals.

Three mixed practices and an extended period of locum work - After graduation I worked for 9 months at my local practice, followed by over 2 years in a mixed practice in Leicestershire, and 6.5 years in a mixed practice in Somerset. This was followed by locum work around the Midlands where I worked in a variety of practices.

INTERESTS
-forms of sports, especially skiing and squash.
-I am chairman of The Tandem Club. This organisation has over 5000 members. I have organised many national and international events for it’s members and oversee an organisation with a turnover in excess of £50000/annum.
-Voluntary leading cycle tours for the Cyclists Touring Club. This involved the total organisation of a holiday for up to 40 people. In the past few years, I have led tours to America, India and China. These holidays are ABTA bonded and involve both leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills
