Daily Rate - £450 for a maximum 10 hour day including a 1 hour lunch break

Additional hour or part of - £45/hour

So for example this includes overruns due to Emergencies, such as caesarians and stitch ups, or if your clinic times are greater than 10 hours. It is not for usual overruns due to a complicated case coming in as the last appointment.

Extra Travelling Time - I live near Frome in Somerset and will certainly consider work that is distant from home. In this case I will charge an additional £20-£40 for mileage per day depending on distance and time taken to travel

On Call - This will be considered at a negotiable rate. Factors to be considered are the finish time (allowing me to work the next day) , case load expected and the length of contract that you require

So for example, 

For a 5 person practice offering regular work with a 1 in 5 rota, £100/night is acceptable

For a practice requiring a single day and a night on call finishing at 0900, the rate will be £900
